Cholula Named Customer service Representative for Brock Grain Systems

FRANKFORT, Indiana, U.S.A. — Juan Cholula has been named Customer Service Representative for Brock Grain Systems’ Frankfort, Indiana location, according to Justin Lay, Customer Service Manager for the CTB, Inc. business unit’s Frankfort, Indiana location. In his new position, Cholula will provide internal and external customer support, process dealer orders for grain dryers, and ensure a complete and accurate billing process.

Cholula joins CTB with five years of marketing experience as a marketing account manager in the marketing agency industry where he managed local business’ online accounts and websites to help them increase their client base and online presence. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

A native of Lafayette, Indiana, he currently resides there.
