Stafford Joins Brock Grain Systems As A Customer Service Representative

MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Penny Stafford has joined Brock Grain Systems as a customer service representative, according to Gretchen Sosenheimer, Business Support Group Manager for the CTB Inc. business unit. Stafford will be responsible for entering dryer orders, invoicing shipments and providing assistance to the Brock Grain Systems dealer network through telephone and email correspondence.

A graduate of Goshen College, Goshen, Indiana, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial and customer service field. Prior to coming to Brock, Stafford had supervisory experience in customer service and worked as an executive assistant in manufacturing operations.

A Mishawaka native, Stafford lives in Milford.
